Anton Michelsen Christmas Fork 1960 Gilded Sterling Silver with Enamel
The entire length of the handle is divided lengthwise into a green and a turquoise blue half, both with rows of gilded triangles and an orange circle representing the sun. The decoration reveals more about the designer and artist behind the piece, Rolf Middelboe, than it does about the motif, which is titled Solstice.
