How to shop online at Danam Antik

You have a couple of options when shopping at Danam Antik.

Did you find an item you would like to purchase from Danam Antik's Online catalogue, you are welcome to call us or send us an e-mail, and we will handle the sale that way around.

You can also easily purchase directly from our website. This you can do by adding one or several items to your 'Basket'. You will find the 'Basket' in the top right corner of the website. Click on this field and next on the link that says 'Basket'. Here you can see details of your added items as well as being able to double the amount of how many of the same item you want (Be aware that you can see how many of the same item we carry in stock in the items listing. You can not buy more of the same item than what is shown awailable in the listing.

Remember to set the fields with country and your preferred payment method correct. When done you are ready to continue to payment. Click on 'Go to checkout' marked with green.

Do you already have a login then enter your e-mail and your password. Are you new to the website then click on the field 'New Customer'

Enter your details and click for new account.

You are now ready to approve and send your order made with your preferred payment method.

After sending your order you will immediately receive an orderconfirmation on your e-mail (Please note that this orderconfirmation can get into your spam-filter, so please check your spam-mail if you dont receive it. 

We will not charge your card until we ship your item. You will automatically receive an e-mail when this occurs. This e-mail also contains a tracking number on your delivery.

Delivery

We ship worldwide using Postnord or FedEx. Shipping depends on Where we ship. 

We have a flat shipping rate to the US/Canada and Europe of 250kr approximately $40. For that amount we ship unlimited.

Russia is 500kr, middleeast is 315kr, Asia is 350kr, South America is 300kr and rest of the World is 420kr. That is per item and then 35kr for each additional item. If it is flatware or Jewelry, then talk to us and we Will discount the shipping for additional items.

We ship as soon as we have received a cleared payment.

If you are interested in picking up your item yourself, please call us for further appointment.

Payment:

For purchase on our site, we accept Visa, Visa/dankort, Mastercard.

In our showroom in central Copenhagen, we also accept Amex and JCB.

Payment via bank transfer. You can transfer to us in DKK or EURO let us know at the time of purchase how you prefer to pay.

For purchases under 1500DKK, 200euro, $200 we accept paypal. For amounts over that, we only accept it as payment, if the customers pays the fees.

Returns

If you for some reason wish to return your received item, please contact us. All returns must however be returned within 14 days of receipt, whereafter you will be refunded your money back:
